Hello From Friendica - Quick Activity Pub cross compatibility test
Hi, sorry, I hope this isn't to spammy, I was revising some writings on the various social media protocols and wanted to test some stuff before I stated it as fact.
Anyway, I might as well provide some potentially interesting information instead of just completely worthless spam. What it appears (and confirms if you're seeing this) is that you can post to lemmy via a blogging/microblogging instance as long as you '@' the lemmy community. First line is the title and the rest is the post itself.

Das andere Bild zeigt eine Fläche wo recht viel Gräser wachsen. Auch die Gelben Blüten dominieren ganz Flächen. Die sind ja auch so hoch, also höher als ich selbst. Darum freut es mich, dass jetzt auch die anderen Blumen noch gut gekommen sind.
Aber eigentlich war ich schon mal hier bei Nerdica. Der Server war wohl kaputt. nun teste ich mal. Das kommt mir auch ganz gelegen.

Eigentlich hab ich nur mal geguckt und versucht mich ganz normal wieder einzuloggen. Dann war ich auch schon gleich wieder hier drin. Sogar die Blockliste existierte noch. Aber das andere war weg.
Ich hab ja auch bei Hubzilla ein Profil. Komisch, dass ich dieses Profil zwar eine Kontaktanfrage senden kann, aber die kommt nicht an.

What are Indie Games? Part 3: The decline in the 90s
In the 1990s, the indie game development scene shrank as PCs became the dominant computer system and a viable gaming platform. Commercial games grew larger, more complex, and began competing with gaming consoles. Additionally, the rise of 3D graphics further complicated the landscape. Indie developers, lacking the financial and technical resources to match these commercial giants, saw their presence decline.
Despite these challenges, there were some positive developments. Shareware emerged as a popular distribution method for smaller games. In this model, a portion of the game was distributed for free, typically via the internet or gaming magazines, and players could purchase the full version if they enjoyed the sample.
Another significant advancement was the release of Adventure Game Studio (AGS). This free toolkit allowed hobbyist developers to easily create their own adventure games, emulating the style of classics from Sierra and Lucasfilm.
