📧 What if email services had limits BY DESIGN?

Not to upsell you.
Not to force you to pay.
But to make you more intentional.

message.casa was created for this purpose!

✉️ Email:
• 128 MB storage (not 15 GB bloat)
• 64 emails/hour (no spam machines)
• 8 MB attachments (no bloat)
• Unlimited aliases (privacy++)

💬 XMPP messaging:
• 8-day history (live in the present)
• 256 contacts max (meaningful connections)
• 16-person group chats (human-scale)

🔒 Privacy-first:
• No personal data for signup
• Encrypted storage (LUKS)
• No tracking, no ads
• TLS required

The philosophy: Constraints foster creativity.
Limited storage = delete what doesn't matter.
Small groups = actual conversations.
Short history = be present.

This is email/chat for the SmolWeb era.

Do limits make you more intentional?

limits? yea, i maybe like.
but actual work on such things isn't a creative thing already in my opinion (my reason why i won't say what low-spec things except pixels i ever did - or more didn't - in my life).
sadly my brain works up to the moment of knowing what to do in what way but smh i never actually do it…
