@tastenzeux did you finish all the game modes?

Novice (Tutorial level): Get all the rings on the spikes.

Intermediate: Get all the rings on one spike.

Master: Get two colours on one spike, and the other two on the other spike.

Nightmare: Get two colours alternating on one, and the other two alternating on the other.

Those graphics are really good resolution too… 🀭

no matter how busy the action got, there was never any lag. It was common back then to optimise the game to run properly the hardware provided. Good times…

Damn! Wish my parents had allowed me to unlock these game modes. But back then internet connection was way to expensive...

I think I just figured out one of the grand finale deaths for the next SAW film...

Bloody loved that thing back in the day. The flappy bird of its time :)

@GreatBigTable 100% great memories there. I also had one that was basketball themed.

Some part of my brain long forgotten has reactivated upon seeing this!

These mechanical games of old taught me patience. There more where that came from, but boy is that many decades ago.

@JacobRPG+ 🫘 If you follow Google Play links, here is one I found searching for "waterful ring toss handheld water game emulator": play.google.com/store/apps/det…

Lol, I was joking since it clearly doesn't have a ROM to emulate but I'm not surprised that someone thought to recreate the experience digitally.

I once played a mini version of this, and had managed to put all rings but one in the spikes, then dropped the damn thing and lost all progress 😭
in reply to Dgar

I remember one like this with plastic pegs in it where you tried to get the rings on the pegs. Just engaging enough to keep you occupied in the car for about 10 minutes.
in reply to Dgar

I can hear this image. The muffled rattling sounds as the rings bump off the plastic sides...
in reply to Dgar

that's clearly table top gaming.

To use it any other way is to cheat 😜🀣
