Some units have been used for the decontamination of radioactive materials since 1991. In general, Brown’s Gas generators produce between 300 and 340 litres of Brown’s Gas per 1 kW energy DC current approximately and one litre of water produces 1.866.6 approximately litres of gas.
A generator which produces 10,000 litres per hour has been built specifically for the reduction of nuclear waste…"

London and New York, March 26, 2019 – Two technologies that were immature and expensive only a few years ago but are now at the center of the unfolding low-carbon energy transition have seen spectacular gains in cost-competitiveness in the last year.
The latest analysis by research company BloombergNEF (BNEF) shows that the benchmark levelized cost of electricity,^ or LCOE, for lithium-ion batteries has fallen 35% to $187 per megawatt-hour since the first half of 2018. Meanwhile, the benchmark LCOE for offshore wind has tumbled by 24%.
Onshore wind and photovoltaic solar have also gotten cheaper, their respective benchmark LCOE reaching $50 and $57 per megawatt-hour for projects starting construction in early 2019, down 10% and 18% on the equivalent figures of a year ago.
Elena Giannakopoulou, head of energy economics at BNEF, commented: “Looking back over this decade, there have been staggering improvements in the cost-competitiveness of these low-carbon options, thanks to technology innovation, economies of scale, stiff price competition and manufacturing experience.
“Our analysis shows that the LCOE per megawatt-hour for onshore wind, solar PV and offshore wind have fallen by 49%, 84% and 56% respectively since 2010. That for lithium-ion battery storage has dropped by 76% since 2012, based on recent project costs and historical battery pack prices.”
The most striking finding in this LCOE Update, for the first-half of 2019, is on the cost improvements in lithium-ion batteries. These are opening up new opportunities for them to balance a renewables-heavy generation mix.
Batteries co-located with solar or wind projects are starting to compete, in many markets and without subsidy, with coal- and gas-fired generation for the provision of ‘dispatchable power’ that can be delivered whenever the grid needs it (as opposed to only when the wind is blowing, or the sun is shining).
Electricity demand is subject to pronounced peaks and lows inter-day. Meeting the peaks has previously been the preserve of technologies such as open-cycle gas turbines and gas reciprocating engines, but these are now facing competition from batteries with anything from one to four hours of energy storage, according to the report.
Tifenn Brandily, energy economics analyst at BNEF, said: “Solar PV and onshore wind have won the race to be the cheapest sources of new ‘bulk generation’ in most countries, but the encroachment of clean technologies is now going well beyond that, threatening the balancing role that gas-fired plant operators, in particular, have been hoping to play.”
Offshore wind has often been seen as a relatively expensive generation option compared to onshore wind or solar PV. However, auction programs for new capacity, combined with much larger turbines, have produced sharp reductions in capital costs, taking BNEF’s global benchmark for this technology below $100 per MWh, compared to more than $220 just five years ago.
Giannakopoulou said: “The low prices promised by offshore wind tenders throughout Europe are now materializing, with several high-profile projects reaching financial close in recent months. Its cost decline in the last six months is the sharpest we have seen for any technology.”
Although the LCOE of solar PV has fallen 18% in the last year, the great majority of that decline happened in the third quarter of 2018, when a shift in Chinese policy caused there to be a huge global supply glut of modules, rather than over the most recent months.
BNEF’s LCOE analysis is based on information on real projects starting construction and proprietary pricing information from suppliers. Its database covers nearly 7,000 projects across 20 technologies (including the various types of coal, gas and nuclear generation as well as renewables), situated in 46 countries around the world.
 LCOE measures the all-in expense of producing a MWh of electricity from a new project, taking into account the costs of development, construction and equipment, financing, feedstock, operation and maintenance.

The UK Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) is making available to the public some 130 terabytes of well, geophysical, field, and infrastructure data through the launch of the UK Oil and Gas National Data Repository (NDR).
The dataset covers 12,500 offshore wellbores, 5,000 seismic surveys, and 3,000 pipelines over more than five decades. The release is intended to help promote new investment, technology, and exploration activity on the UK Continental Shelf, ultimately boosting recovery, the OGA said in a news release.
“The NDR creates research opportunities for both technology and analysis,” explained Simon James, OGA chief information officer. “For the industry, it means access to a huge data pool to harness digital technology, relieves them of the regulatory requirement to retain information, and enhances collaboration.”
Registered users can search, view, and download data for free or order data for delivery on media on a cost-reflective basis.
The OGA’s already-established open data site includes data on licensing rounds, exploration, drilling, and production, including a production dashboard for the Buchan Field.
Unveiling of the NDR follows another big North Sea data release by Equinor last year. The Norwegian operator made available 40,000 files of subsurface and production data from the Volve Field.

Tesla has agreed to cease using its common "after savings" pricing when advertising its vehicles to German consumers, reports Reuters.
The German Center for Protection Against Unfair Competition, natively referred to as the Wettbewerbszentrale, claims that it is the "most influential nationwide and cross-border self-regulatory institution for enforcing the right to unfair competition." The agency recently made claims that Tesla is ambiguously pricing its vehicles by obfuscating actual cost with its "after savings" fuel and incentive pricing in the region.
By default, when ordering on Teslaʼs US configurator, the "after savings" price is shown when selecting a battery.
When ordering a Model 3, prospective buyers are typically presented with two purchase prices: the "before savings" and "after savings." The latter is only displayed by looking at the bottom-left of the screen when selecting the vehicle options. Tesla chooses to show pricing inclusive of the federal tax credit, any state-level tax credits, and an estimated six-year gas savings. In some states like California, the "after savings" discounts can swell to $10,550.
The Wettbewerbszentrale used the Model 3 as an example for its pricing complaint, stating that it could be confusing to consumers that the automaker advertised both the purchase price of the vehicle, $63,811 (56,380 Euro) and the "after savings" price of $57,501 (51,380 EUR). It later said that Tesla has agreed to stop advertising the vehicle in such a way.
“Even if ‘savings’ could be realized, such an amount cannot be deducted from the purchase price or the monthly rate because customers must pay the full price at the time of purchase or financing,” Reuters quoted the Wettbewerbszentrale commenting in a statement.

When The Drive checked Teslaʼs German ordering page for the Model 3, it confirmed that Tesla was no longer displaying an "after savings" price on the Model 3 configurator.
Tesla has been under scrutiny from media outlets and consumers for the way it advertises vehicle pricing for some time. CEO Elon Musk even announced the mid-range variant of the sedan in a now-deleted tweet, stating "Model 3 starting cost now ~$35k (after ~$8k of credits & fuel savings)". With self-regulating bodies stepping in to advocate for consumers, perhaps the automaker will revisit the language market-wide.
A Tesla spokesperson declined to provide comment on the matter.

You make your choice on "assumption", not on knowledge!
The knowledge you need to obtain for understanding how the oil and gas industry now is able to frack under the ocean as it fracks under all deserts of the world is meteorology.
For any kind of fracking they need huge amounts of sweet or at best rain water. They cannot use salty sea water for that, as the salt would close the small capillars, which are created by fracturing the rock formations.
At least you should have heard, that they call their method "hydraulic fracturing".
This method should be called "Nuclear Fracturing & Hydraulic Pressing", because before pressing water into the rock formation to drive out the oil and gas, first the rock needs to be broken in small pieces, like sand.
The fracturing of the rock into "crushed zone" and "damaged zone" near by the "ground zero" of explosion, the material of detonation has to be nuclear. If you need evidence, please look at the documentary and read the transcript. The documentary was ordered by the El Paso Natural Gas Company during the first official Nuclear Fracking implementation. This film documents how this "fracking boom" began. Remeber the notions "unconventional" or "non-conventional"!

relative humidity = 4% absolute is equal to 100% relative humidity. At 97% relative humidity the building of mist begins. Above this level the droplets become heavy enough to precipitate.
dew point = temperature and pressure conditions where the hot humid air begins to condensate under clean air conditions.
condensation = buildup of bigger droplets under cooling of humid air
aerosolation = dirty premature condensation of dust particles.
sublimation = ice turning into gas form without becoming fluid first
desublimation = gas becoming crystalline ice without becoming fluid first
Temperate Climate Zone = climate area with clear winter and summer seasons. In the northern hemisphere consisting of Europe, southern Canada, most of the USA. In the southern hemisphere South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile.
cirrus limit = the altitude where crystalline clouds can be formed if dust or any other kind of hard surface is available. This line is at about 6km altitude in the Temperate Climate Zone (in northern hemisphere: Europe & USA, parts of Canada).
Offering fine dust, triggers the aerosolation under the cirrus limit and desublimation above it. The persistent long and flat clouds are mostly formed by desublimated water on fine dust particles.
The controlled blowing out and distribution of fine dust particles is a method of water-cycle management, also called Pinatubo-Effect to make sound more fancy and the distract from the ongoing.
