I had my first full on #meltdown out of the house today and it was awful.

I went to an #NDIS appointment and instead of just asking for ID like I'd checked they were going to do they interviewed me and asked lots of questions about my autism.

I started crying in the interview then left and had a massive 40 minute screaming meltdown in my car in a busy car park. It was so horrible.
