Trying to run 15 kilometers after taking two month break wasn't really good idea but it was fun nonetheless. After about 12km I felt like stopping #running and starting walking which I did and the whole route took two hours. I guess it will take some time to get back in shape.

Yeah, I’m finding the same. I cut back severely on my training after Ironman New Zealand (early March), and now, a run that was easy before that event is pretty heavy going.

Just build back up slowly. You’ll get there.

Walking is easier for me too :)
