I have a doubt and maybe you can clarify me! In this page https://list.jabber.at/ some servers like "Snopyta.org" has the CA "Let's Encrypt" . . . and on this page https://letsencrypt.org/ the "major sponsors and funders" are . . . Chrome, Facebook, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Ford Foundation, Avast, among others! Is it normal?!
